I have a 5ii and am having difficulty with a number of apps working. The most troublesome are my barclays banking app and my Nielsen App. I am a second user on the phone and both apps work fine for the administrator login but not for me as a second use.
The Nielsen app just flashes and goes back to the icon and the barclays app tries to get me to set up a password and then crashes. It is impossible to contact Sony directly. The content phone number just rigs then hangs up and the live chat simply says unavailable. The European headquarters app says number not available.
