Cannot register my bravia xr55a80j

Recently purchased my xr55a80j and scanned the qr code on the enclosed leaflet to register my new tv however I get to the page where it asks to consolidate your various sony accounts which I agree too,then get to a page where it has 2 sets of personal information of me.

I try to update either by clicking continue but get an error massage.

Technical error try later, haven't been able to progress past that page.

Can registering the tv be done via the tv itself?

Are you just using the MySony account? Or, do you have other linked accounts as well? Have you tried different browsers? Also, it's better to do it on a PC, not on a smartphone.
