Which headphones can I purchase to pair with a Sony KD43XG8196 TV ( 2019 model) so that one person can use the TV speakers and a second person can listen using headphones, each having separate control of sound volume?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I now have success by reversing the cable connections. You have helped where Sony failed.
