Loss of all channels everyday - KD65XE9005

Hi all - I’m at the end of my patience with a brand new supposedly state of the art television that has to be retuned every time we switch it on.  A significant investment for us.  Is there an easy fix for this?

 

We bought the product from Curry’s PC World and they have no interest in helping with this problem.  On searching the internet I see this seems to be a common problem with Sony

Can I suggest your TV is up to date with the latest firmware & software updates.

 

Make sure the Automatic software download setting from your TV is turned ON, in order to receive software updates. More details can be found here.
