Sony Bravia 49XD8099 TV YouView problems

We can no longer access all 5 channels on YouView.  We can only get BBC iPlayer and My5 after pressing Players.  Then when we tap Discover and SonySelect we can access them all plus more but with ITV Hub we can't get ITV1.  We've tried retuning and all sorts of things loads of times but all to no avail.  This is really frustrating and incredibly annoying.  What next?

The inability to get ITV1 may be because you have input a Scottish postcode.

If you lie to it about where you live, and use a Sassenach one, then you will get ITV1 just fine; and it won’t make the slightest difference to anything else, even to STV.
