Hi, my sony KD-55XE8396 has lost its picture and screen overlays. The menus are making the occasional beeps and the remote sensor is reacting to the controller. The screen has some backlighting although not sure if this is the normal level. I changed the T-con board without change. I would appreciate any ideas.
