Sony KD 43XD8077 UHD issue

I have a Sony KD 43XD8077 TV (purchased this year) and Sky Q 2 TB Silver box. When installed, the Sky HDMI cable (UHD compatible), was in HDMI port one and the BBC Planet Earth UHD trial download played successfully as did the Premier league live stream via the dish.

I had not tried any UHD movies.

When I tried the Planet Earth video just now, the Sky set up message was that it could not be played in 10 bit or 8 Bit.

I have checked the firmware is up to date on the TV and switched it off and on. I have also tried another Sky HDMI cable and tried HDMI ports 3 and 4. No joy.

I am downloading some UHD movies and will try live Premier league tomorrow.

Any advice welcomed.

If something was working and now it is not, I personally would try a Factory data reset. http://sony-eur-eu-en-web--eur.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/66442/knowledgebase/1/ I have never tried this so I can not offer any experience or advise. I assume it will present the initial setup wizard but I am sure somebody here will clarify..
