Hi @Hiren26, sorry to hear about this. 
How are you charging the device ? Are you using the charger/cable that was included together with your device and are you charging it using a USB port or are you using the wall mounted charger?
If you are using a USB port, try charging it with the wall mounted charger instead as this will charge the device faster.
You can also try and charge the device when it's powered off or while it's rebooted in safe mode and see if it's charging past 89% and/or charging faster.
