I gave my phone at service center and they have formatted my mobile n since then my phone microphone is not working. I went back to service center and spoke to the manager and he called one person who repair the mobile. He says he is not able to find the problem and asked me submit my mobile. This issue occurred only after formatting my mobile from service center. I seriously don't understand y do u keep such non sense people at service center to repair our mobiles who doesn't even understand the problem of a phone when given him to rectify.
I have formatted my mobile a year ago and there was no issue after tht but yesterday after formatting the mobile my phone microphone is not working and I want a solution for this immediately.
