Battery Temperature is too low in Xperia C and charging paused

When I connect my cell a notification of "Battery temperature is too low please switch off the phone" comes and charging stopped. This notification is comes in every 2 to 10 seconds while charger is connected.
Please give me solution of this problem and also tell me this is battery problem or motherboard problem or any other

you mean heat? does the phone overheat when you charge it?

try to remove the phone from the charger for a momment.. till it becomes normal temp.

restart your device

then connect the phone again to the charger.
