I bought an Xperia C5 Ultra 2 years and 10 days ago.
At first it freezes sometimes espacially when using camera. I wait for an update which fixes the problems like mine.
However the problem has continued.
Then I sent it a local service in warranty scope about 11 months ago. The phone has come with an updated OS.
The end of first week phone is freezing with broken images/frames on screen.
And then the issues has grown. When looking for some record in phonebook or when taking photos the phone has frozen. It started to freeze often and started to dive into death sleep when charging.
Finally the other day it has frozen when a call was coming. I could not answer it. Then I decided to send to local service again but my warranty has finished just 10 days ago!
- I have never satisfied from this phone. Often I had to restart it even when using for my job!
- I will try to do something. I don't know what can I do. But no Emma Support for C5 Ultra (I'm looking forward to Samsung to support it). C5 Ultra is a stepchild of Sony..
This is 2nd Sony phone in my family and never and ever we buy Sony again.
Next time I will stay away from Sony phones for my sanity!
Sony let me know please, what can I do to recover my phone or my money?
