Colors are not natural

Translation:

My problem with this device is colors; for example, black is not natural but it appears as grey and this applies to all colors. I accessed the color settings and chose the defaults but the problem is not solved

مشكلتى فى هذا الجهاز تتلخص فى الالوان مثلا الاسود لا يظهر بلونة الطبيعى ولكن يظهر رصاصى وهذا ينطبق على جميع الالوان مع العلم انى دخلت على الاعدادات الخاصة بالالوان وتم تحديد اعداد الافتراضى ولكن لا تحل المشكلة

Did you try other Image Enhancement options? Find and try them in Settings -> Display -> Image enhancement.
