My audio setting is not working including equaliser, surround system

Hi. Recently i did format my phone. Once after i format it, the audio setting is still working. But after few days, i realized that the audio setting is no longer working. I try to adjust the surround setting and the equaliser but nothing changed. The bass also not as good as the old days. Hope if someone can help me to resolve this. I don't whether there is something that i need to set in my phone or something problem with my phone

Did you tried to repair with Xperia Companion?
