I've already tried all the basic troubleshooting I know, like pressing the power and volume up and down buttons at the same time as well as detaching the sim and memory card. It started when some of my apps kept crashing and the battery suddenly depletes from 100% to 1%. This happens whenever I try to use my phone/apps. The red light turns on when I charge it, unfortunately, the phone itself won't turn on. It just vibrates when I plug it to charge. Can this still be fixed?
