My xperia c5 ultra wont boot up after marshmallow update

Its stuck in above screen and when I tried power button and volume down button nothing happens its not opening booting menu like it used to do and also tried screte power off button near sim tray that also doesn't help !!!

Apa yang menyebabkan touchscreen sulit digerakan..ini yang terjadi pada sony xperia c5 dual saya terima kasih.

What causes the touchscreen is difficult to move .. this is happening to my sony xperia c5 dual thanks.
