Hi @Skpasha, that sounds very strange.

Are there any messages on the screen during the boot-up process, for example that apps are being optimized?

If you have an SD card in your device, try removing it and see if there is any change!

It happend with my xperia too, and i tried to remove the micro SD card as u suggested but the problem still the same.

And i started to experience about frozen keyboard n screen. Pls assist. Thank you.

FYI, i juz got this brand new xperia c5, it has been 7 days only in my hands. Too fast to got problem, right?
