Hi everyone,
I recently updated my Xperia C5 Ultra Dual to Android 6.0 and since then I can see the SD card and the phone memory if i connect to the PC via Xperia Companion but once I try to open any folder to view the contents I cannot access anything.Sometimes it will show the folders with their names other times the folders show as 'Local Disc' on my PC screen.
Even worse is i can't copy or paste anything from my phone (including the SD) to my PC at all(or the reverse).I have a 32GB SD card.
Someone please help me,it will be hugely appreciated.

Any more ideas? Why would someone come to ask for help if they had solutions by the way?
We can help each other, but you must understand that nobody will not come to you in yours house and will not do all these things for you. This is calling - cooperation We can say what to do and you must to check. Ok let's back again Did you tried bring smartphone to authorized service to check it? You must understand that this is not Marshmallow issue, coz for me working everything fine, i can transfer files between smartphone and computer via USB cable, i can connect it without any problem, so it's mean or you did something with yours smartphone/computer or something doing wrong or maybe did not check, just saying, coz sounds like miracle and only with you happening
It can't be like this if issue is in Marshmallow for one user
I have problem with my SD too, can not transfere file, i have try buy new one still have same problem.
There is notification abour update memory app, but could not install. (this update to fix transfere photo to sd)
I hope sony fix this problem.
The main problembof this device is the low ram that make andro 5 and 6 work bad and battery very fast
The solutionbis to get android 7 use less memory and less consuming the battery by 75%
@Tiyoysterwrote:It is the very same issue that haapened to my C5 Ultra dual after the M upgrade, camera seems slow as well and not that detailed as was before with Lollipop. But the biggest pain is my 32gb SanDisk SD card is being ejected for some reason, where most of my apps are ...Cmon Sony surely you made your due diligence in testing this before rolling it out...
