XPERIA C5 ULTRA HANGING!!!, HEAT UP and very slow

My self Madhu, Am facing hanging and heat up problem can any one suggest me to solve this.

I have already updated the software to 6.0 as suggested by Sony service center but still am facing same issue, can anyone help me out
