Cybershot DSC-H2 - zoom lense stuck - where to repair?

Hi

Does anyone have any advice for where we can send our camera please?

It worked fine for a couple of years and then on power on the zoom lense appears to get stuck, so we can't take any photographs on it. Can't find a local sony dealer in Bournemouth who will do a repair.

Hi Jon and welcome.

Your DSC-H2 will most likely need to be sent to the Sony Central Service facility for repair.

Go here: -

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/repair

and go to the bottom section "Repair Request" and enter DSC-H2 and click on 'Register Repair'.  You will be asked some questions and given instructions for repair.
