my camera won't turn on the battery is fully charged and works in other cameras but nothing happens when i press on button anyone got any idea what might be wrong ?

If the battery is definitely working well in other cameras, it is likely that your HX5V has developed a fault. If you have had it for less than 12 months, this may be something that it covered by the standard warranty - you can get more information about this by contacting Sony Customer Services using these details:
