HX9V 16x zoom cyber shot. Creating disc problem videos help?

Hi

I have taken video on camera.

I have uploaded to laptop pc.

I want to put the videos onto a disc.

I have gone onto the page to do this and watched the Sony Youtube guidance.

I have a DVD disc to use.

I pick the video.

I click add - it moves across

I select type of disc - dvd

I click create disc - it tells me that it may not work with another window that pops up. I click cancel to see.

I cannot make it do it.!!!

What's going wrong. The sony You tube makes it look so easy!!!!

Help me someone please. I'm going mad

Hello marmount - Welcome to the Sony Forums

If it is a case of not being able to physically click on the button to proceed with the recording, you could try pressing 'enter' instead. If you find that it is still cancelling it, try pressing the left or right arrow key before pressing enter as this will make it focus on the other option.

If you still do not have any success after that, please could you take a screenshot and paste the result here so that I can take a look at the problem.
