Google PlayStore Always Fails to Open

I bought Xperia E (secondhand), and it was okay for the first 2 days.

Later on, I couldn't open PlayStore even if I'm connected to a wi-fi network. A popup message always shows up saying "Unfortunately Google Play has stopped working". But at the same time, I can use Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp normally. This popup message comes up in every few seconds and it's very annoying.

Also, my contact list was gone (invisible), but when I search my contacts, they just appear.

Does anyone have clue or met the same problems? Please share your thoughts.

few things that could be acting up, if your connection its too slow you will get that error, also you can try this

settings > apps > all > play store > clear everything > restart your phone

If I do this, does it mean that all apps will only be signed out?

How about my 'invisible' contacts? Any way to fix that, besides doing a factory reset to my phone?

everything will be gone, the only thing that will remain will be your pictures, music and videos.

But I can still restore my apps after I do settings > apps > all > play store > clear everything > restart your phone right?

When I open my contact list, there is no contacts at all, just plain empty except for 'Myself'.

But when I type a contact in the search box, it appears, and I can send messages or call the contact. What kind of problem is that?

Ah. I see. It worked. But I don't feel like I have filtered my contacts in the first place.... Thinking_Face
