OK, here it is. You can see the bug on the bottom of the screen the second time I turn on the phone. https://youtu.be/o6cDIT3V-9M
Now i notice its not just the clock widget but also the status bar - the whole upper part of the screen loads first at the bottom for a split second. Btw i tried changing the lock from swipe to pattern to none, the bug is still there.
Maybe this will help

Hi again,
We have tried to replicate this but it cannot be replicated. Our developers say that it may be caused by very specific settings that you have in your phone that caused heavy processor load. It is possible that processor is not re-activated fast enough in very specific conditions to show the clock on the correct position immediately. The developers are continuously improving the performance of the software, so if and when it's an update available please update the phone
Thank you for your efforts. This is not setting related as it happens even after factory reset. I thought it could be stamina mode that interferes but with disabled stamina the bug is still there. Any idea when the update is rolling out? Will E4 get Lollipop as well as high end devices?
