My phone won't turn on

I already try all literally and my phone stills dead and i only have 3 months with it and the only thing that turns on is the little red light and dont tell me i have to let it charge more or restart it using the bottons or take away the sd card or sim because id already did it and nothing seems to work

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and force restart your device. To so do press and hold the volume up and power key on simultaneously for 120 seconds. Then try charging your device. Note that it may take up to 30 minutes before the phone indicates that it is charging.

If the same behavior persists and the phone won't start or take charge, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
