So that I understand correctly can I please just clarify, your phone seems to be factory resetting every time you restart it? Is that correct?
It's correct, but my Phone not erase nothing, only ask me always and each time i have choose lenguje and terms and lisence. How can i avoid that start?

Wow, that's really strange. Does it do the same thing if you boot the phone in safe mode?
If i boot my Phone in safe Mode not change, ask me for lenguge and terms lisence but i do not lost dates. Ty
If it is happening in safe mode it may be an issue with the firmware. I recommend you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
