HCD C5 CD/Mini Disc Speakers (SAC 5B)

Hi,

Hoping someone can help with me his as it'd save me a fair bit!!!

I have an HCDC5 CD and Mini Disc player which came with incredibly cool speakers (SAC 5B). The sound on these speakers is phenomenal for their size, and that being the case I'd love to be able to plug them into another product but the (fixed) cables and connectors are unlike anything I've seen before... they are 8 pin and the pins themselves are not evenly spread. The gist of this post is I'd love to be able to plug them into a quarter inch jack using some form of adaptor but I am at a loss with how to proceed or whether what I want is even possible/available!

Hi SamJam77,

I believe that using external adaptors isn't recommended by the manufacturer as their functionality can't always be guaranteed.
