I suspect this is a common and known problem even if no one would admit it. I have had the most unlikely experience of having my second xperia v with the same issue. The first one I finally complained after several attempts from a support that could not fix this. I got a new xperia v and have now decided to complain this one too.
We have tried reinstalling six times (service), changing sim card, changing battery, not installing backups (request from service every time) and even changing the phone. The problem prevails.
There is no fix to this problem other than change the phone, I guess.
And by the way, wko decided a forum for mobile phones only allows copy and paste with ctrl+c and ctrl+v?
