I buy sony tipo sT21i of Rupees 9243/- on date 10/11/2012 and getting some problem in it, like i can't make call from it and touchpad also not working so, i went to sony service center (Global Services, Jaipur Rajasthan) on date 02/03/2013. They submit my mobile on date 02/03/2013 and till now date 29/03/2013 didn't respond. Each time when i ask them about mobile they continue extending the date..
now i am very much upset from Sony’s service. so please help me to solve this problem as early as possible.From last one month I didn’t contact to anyone and due to this I am going in loss in various manner boz I didn’t hve any kind of data with me..

This mail I am writing with a shattered heart and mind and after a long wait to receive my SONY XPERIA CELLPHONE C-4 from the so called authorized Service centre of SONY INDIA named S.V. ENTERPRISES, BRIJ COMPOUND, OPP. SADAR THANA COURT ROAD from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. I have handed over my SONY XPERIA PH to them almost a month back, but despite repeated calls and visits to the centre, till date I am waiting for my repaired Cell phone form one of most reputed electronic gazette and a blue chip company called Sony. . This is second time this phone has come to this service centre and not working properly since I have bought it from a shop called GIFT-O-SHOPPE ON 25th Sep 2015 from Saharanpur, UP.
I am very surprised the way the services given to me at your Sony Service centre in Saharanpur. The kind of behavior of the staff and there skills made me to have a point of view that the company called Sony is on a decline in business against their competitors.
I am experiencing a lot of problems in this phone set ever since I bought it last year. It has already visited twice your esteemed service centre. More over, more pain I experienced at your service centre when they salted my wounds by not paying attention to my calls and visits.
If anyone form the Sr Management is listening, then my sincere request is to please replace this cell phone with a new set as I am not comfortable using it since I bought it from the market.
I have a very sincere and genuine respect for Sony, but now that is some what vanishing.
For the last one month, the cell phone is with the service centre in Saharanpur, but the centre guys are saying that the required spares are not received as yet, but when I contacted the customer care, they said we have sent spares 2 weeks back. This is disgusting as I do not know who is telling a lie. I am just asking one question from the management, Have I made a mistake buying a Sony Phone??
Request Sr Management at Sony that my phone be replaced immediately as I have suffered a lot with this set and at your service centre. Is anybody listening guys ??

I am having sony xperia z and getting some problem with touch digilizer so, i went to sony service center (Sony Services, Nashik Maharastra) on date 02/03/2013. They submit my mobile on date 22nd Sept 2016 and responded on 27th Sept 2016 that I have to pay around 11k for replacement of screen and digilizer.
I replied that I am having issue with touch screen digilizer only then why should I pay for display screen? she replied that it comes with combo and you have to pay for that also....
I am not agree with this statment so emailed to sony and called at service number 1800 103 7799 where I have talked to Pooja and explained all the senario and just got the reply that if I am agree to pay then say yes or say no and pickup the device! Is what sony is doing for their customers??
I have explained her again that I do not have any issue with screen then why should I pay? I dont want the device get repaired at local service as I love it and my favorite so i would love to get it done from authorised person only so submitted at your end...again she replied same statment...that if I am ready to pay 11k then say Yes or pickup the phone from service center... Is you can customer care and quality service for us?
Really not acceptable from Sony as I have being using phones, screens, speakers etc since 12years..never had an issue

Why I will never buy a Sony phone/product.
I am a fan, as Sony is the only company that still thinks about people who appreciate small form factor phones, like the compact series.
I remember a time when Sony’s products in India had a brand value, where all one had to say, “It’s a Sony”. That was the level of trust people in India had, because everyone in India trusted the “good Japanese company”. If I may say, it was an aspiration product the way Apple Inc. products are in today’s scenario.But things have changed, as other companies tried to improve on their products/customer service, it seems they only care about offloading their devices to make a quick buck, like a snake oil salesman.
My Sony phone display developed a problem and I took it to an authorized service centre. They repaired my display for free (as it was under warranty), after the repair it developed new problems. So I went there a second time, 8 days have passed since then and Sony cannot commit on an ETA as they do not have the part and do not know how long will it take. It can take upwards of a month or 2 from now.
They did offer me a mid level phone for the replacement of my flagship phone which I declined. They turned the tables on me stating that I am being unreasonable by not accepting a mid level 6” phone for the replacement of my compact device. I have to pay the difference for a new flagship phone; it seems they think it my mistake that I am in this tangle. Now here is the real kicker, they want me to pay the difference based on the price that Sony displays on its website, irrespective of the fact that the same phone is Rs 10000 cheaper on any other ecommerce website.
The question is why I should pay for something that was the responsibility of Sony to fix and they screwed up. Is it because they are unable to command the same level of sales and they are now looking at different avenues, so people keep buying new phones every year? It is an excellent diabolical scheme, are the Sony executives thinking “let’s start building phones that will die within in a year and the customer will have no option but to buy another phone from us.”

I purchased xperia z3 compact 1.5 years back and touch, camera giving problems. Submitted to service center and they are saying it will take 14000 to make phone functional and new phone costs 26000

I am not happy with the services offered by your company in India. I have Xperia C2305 and I bought this 2.5 years ago approx. Phone was performing very well but suddenly its camera stop working. I upgraded the applications and do lot of changes to turn on the camera but it fails and shows error. Later, I came to knew that this is the common problem faced by the sony users. Although I ignored it but after few months another problem rises. This time it is related to charging. My phone did not get charged up until battery drains to 0% and my phone gets switched off. And the phone get charged max upto 61%. I told this problem to two Sony centres of India one resides in Ajmer and the other in Jaipur (Rajasthan, India). They suggest me to buy new phone rather than solving problem. It is not my mistake that charging port is attached to motherboard. This is your manufacturing fault which forces the user to buy new phones because he was given an option that either replace your motherboard or it would be better to buy new phone as motherboard costs approx near to the cost of new mobile. We as a consumer buy the product in hope that it would last for 4-5 years and expectation increases when we bought costly products. I request you to take the action against defaulters and resolve my mobile issue.
Dear sony, I've Xperia XA thatis laresr phone running containing waste design. It doesn't give option to copy paste move from internal/sd card to xternal card through otg cable. This is the worst lack of the designer who proposed it. after purchasing sony brand phone( about 18000Rupees), I'm facing problems continuously like touch missing, hanging, camera quality etc. this is my 4th xperia phone, and every phone I purchased like Xperia M dual, M4 aqua and now XA all are performing badly in comparison with other brand phones performance(about 10000-12000 rupees). My friends or colleagues using vivo, micromax, lenovo, gionee and other local brand phones many time asks me, our phone is better than yours. what should I answer to them, that i'm using brand ? Brand which is not able to give proper functions as per its name???? 18000 rupees is a great amount for us, pls provide proper functions in a costly amount phone. otherwise sony will drowned like nokia, ok? local brands are giving much better functions then sony with less amount. U are responsible for your drowning. local phones each functions beating sony's functions. just resolve this problem, take high money but provide better functions as its name. contact me I'll make understand more better and advises.

our sony experia z3+ mobile purchase of june 2016, fell down and not working now. customer service centre reply was that it can not be repaired as perhaps its motherboard is damaged, but u can get new z3 in exchange at 80% price. please help.
Sir, I have xperia xa dual.,i stress many times this mobile..... Because many times hanging problems,i send service centre clear it, past ten days again same problem... Hanging times display shows Android has stopped. I could sham many times.
Service centers also telling me don't use many apps... Sir I have only three apps extra FB, twitter, whatapp... Never installed single game... My friends also use unbranded mobiles, and use many apps, games. But never have problems.... I shame because my mobile... I love Sony... I am use mobile start 2003.. Use mobile all only Sony... T100, t68i, j 200, j230,k750, w200, w20, xperia j, than xperia xa.... Never use other brand mobiles, but I think.... My home TV, DVD, home theater, pendrive, all is Sony.... Today same problem... Than I quickly step in clear factory reset than open it.... Today stress morning to me.... What I do.... I think. My all Sony mobiles send Sony international ceo... I don't know English... Only tamil I am tamilnadu... Send me ceo address.. I send my last all Sony mobiles gift ceo..
