New to here as not very up-to-date with anything techy.
I have had my xm4 headphones since last year connected Via Bluetooth on my Google pixel 6a phone.
Till this point a few days ago they seamlessly moved from Messenger Instagram calls to Main stream calls with no issues. Different calls came in and off all time whilst I was wearing them at ease. No issue.
Few days ago it stopped doing this, and messenger Instagram calls suddenly got dropped from the headset and started coming threw the phone obviously making me miss calls etc. I've checked for updates says none available. Turned phone on and off. Disconnected Bluetooth and removed and repaired the headphones to no such luck.
I'm not great these things. Old mum here and can't work out what it must be and it's worrying me. Id so appreciate any foolproof steps to help me get this function back up and running as I need to use the headset for privacy attached to internet app calls, video calls frequently with family. I'm disabled so find it difficult to hold the phone to my ear to speak hence why I use the headphones so much and this has been no issues till few days ago.
