Not able to add songs into walkman favorites/starred list

Hello Everyone,

I tried to add songs into walkman favorites sinca i updated my andriod to 4.3 but i can't able to add songs.

I also tried to 'star' the songs when it's playing. the 'star' icon was getting disabled once i pressed the star icon. Also it didn't add that starrd songs into walkman favorites & the list shows up 0 songs.

try to go setting>apps>all>walkman

clear cache and data..force stop..reboot phone

but this proccess will delete song details..if you were downloaded them

Hi Danial,

I tried your steps but it doesn't work and slows the walkman app when open.

When ever i try to add song to walkman fav, it say 'Added to favorites' but i check the walkman fav it shows the list is emptry.'No songs found'

Pls let me know if we have any other options to solve it.

sounds strange...you mean your walkman apps now get slower after clear data?did you reboot?

Do you add a favourite song by longer pressing on album art of one song until you get some options in the right?

in sp we must tap on playing song album art..then some option appear on left.."like,add to play list,a shape i think unlimited music was its name..and star that is for addin to favourite list"
