Not able to take a screen shot in my xperia neo v ics?

I am not able to take a screen shot after i upgraded to ics. i even tried power button + volume

Press and hold power button and volume down button( exactly at teh same time) and hold them there until you take a screenshot

I wish the screenshot option had been kept on the power button/phone options screen though.

Only having screenshots on that new shortcut isn't really obvious, and I'm guessing that the vast majority of casual Xperia users will not guess that there is a screenshot function available now.

Since I downloaded the latest android on my phone my screenshut have lost I want to return it back my screenshut what will I do
