how do I recognize the device when the imei and the software update have failed and I intend to repair it with the sony pc companion and inform me of an error and ask me to seek technical assistance and here I am
also the system has these failures
the imei reports that it has android 4.3 but it really has 4.0.4
you can not use the camera and you can not play videos
when reaching less than 15 of battery the wallpaper turns black and restarts
many applications do not work or hang
the phone overheats
you can not control the volume
the phone has not been dropped or hit
what happened was that while updating to jellybean android the usb cable was detached from the pc port the phone remained normal but with those bugs
I would also like to know if someone happens the same
