Unable to decrypt phone

Hi

I encrypted my phone couple of days ago and now I'm unable to decrypt it from security->encryption section.

Now I have to enter a pin every time I want to unlock the screen,all other parts in security section are disabled except :

face unlock, pin and password.

Please help me on this problem

Hi

tried to back -up my phone before doing a factory re-set so that I can get rid of the decryption, but I get a message stating can't do back-up due to the encryption! My only concern is losing photos. Any assistance welcome. Thanks.

Just connect the phone to a computer and transfer them

I am also in the same situation, I want to keep the phone and do a reset as lately no longer responding well and taking ages to use applications but I encrypted the phone without knowing that contacts cannot longer be backed up.

Is there any solution that you know which would allow me to save my contacts even with a third party application while the phone is encrypted?

Hi guys i need help, 

My problem is that i could not already view some of my pictures and videos in the Albums after when I do factory reset, all my pictures and videos are save in the SD card thinking it should not be wipe out right? Since most of my olders pics and vids are just properly fine, my phone is xperia xa, I need help please please help me,
