Xperia ray won't turn on

My phone won't turn on properly, it loads like sony ericsson and they little animation comes up, but it does that over and over and i don't know what to DO? PLEASE HELP

I have been experiencing the same issue with the phone just hanging at the 'Sony Ericsson' load screen. I have run updates using both PCC and SUS, but neither have made any impact on the state of the phone.

Any other options, or do I need to get it replaced?

It solved the initial problem for me (but beware that all your SMS will be erased, so make sure you back them up.).

But ever since the update, I have had endless problems with many of the apps in the phone.

I can't start/use the pre installed phonebook anymore.

I can't start/use Google Play. 

Some other applications, such as Stock Quotes won't start either. Before the update recommended in this thread I never had any app problems of this kind. So, something shitty was planted in the phone.

I tried using SUS too after PC companion failed .But now even SUS is failing to update and my phone wont even turn on the screen also does not start.

Please help!!!

I have the same problem, i was turning on the bluetooth and my xperia ray restarts for itself! Now when I turn it on it appears the presentations of sony and then xperia, but then either sometimes appears the hours and it vannish quickly or just repeat the sequene over and over again.. what should I do?
