Xperia T2 ultra restart to Airplane mode

Hello,

i bought Xperta T2 Ultra a month ago.

by the way everytime i restart, it will  reboot into airplane mode (no network).

I try to disable the airplane mode, but the network still not available.

This problem still no fix even after i updated to KitKat.

I have to restart a few times and keep it off a long time and then turn that on again. 

How to fix this? I'm tired of this matter. This problem occurs everytime i restart my phone.

Is the problem caused by the sim?

Because before this my sim was Mini-sim. After buying T2 ultra, the sales exec cut my sim to adapt with micro-sim slot.

Just get a micro SIM,not a cut version of any other SIM.

I changed already to other micro-sim.. but the problem still happened.

Ieverytime reboot, i have to shut down, and then wait for 15 minutes then after restart again.

This method sometimes OK, and sometimes remain rebooting into airplane mode.

I'm tired of this.

I've done the software repair. But the result is still the same.

I've to restart several time to dismiss the airplane mode/no network.

In this case,stop by a sony service.
