2011 KDL-40EX724 three flashing LED Not Powering Up

My 2011 KDL-40EX724 will not switch on. Only three flashing red LED lights appear. Trouble Shooting guide recommends an authorised service repair. Any ideas of what the issue is and how much it would cost for a repair?

Probably the logic or power board have gone.

Any repair shop should be able to tell.

Might be a cheap fix(soldering), or might need a replacement board, which will probably be a refurb.

But I doubt Sony would repair it, and if they did, it would I guess be far more than the tv is worth, given its age.
