channel list on USB

Hello all! My TV sony Bravia don`t export channel list on an USB. In fact  I do have an xlm file on USB, but it is 0 bytes and Sony Channel editor program don`t open it. What I am doing wrong? Thank you!

Hi Ioana,

Do you have other USB devices connected to your TV as well?

If so, please remove them when exporting/importing the program list.
