My KDL-32WD751BU keeps switching it's sound mode to Game but Game is terrible

Is there any way to stop my TV from auto-selecting the Game sound profile any time I switch to playing my PS4 or my PS TV? The Game sound setting is terrible and makes voices really quiet and everything else really loud. My TV's firmware is fully updated and I've tried looking in every setting I could find.

Hi there

If have a look in the sound settings for "Sound Mode" and ensure that its not set to auto or something or other.  To be honest, I think this is more of a trial and error experiment for yourself as I cannot find detailed documentation to give you exactly.

Also, have a look at the Scene Select settings - Press the options button on the remote control.
