Can someone please help me.

 

I am trying to access Netflix through my Bravia TV. As soon as I press the button for Netflix, the menu comes up asking for agreement to the privacy statement. I select Agree, and press enter and it goes back to the screen asking me to accept the privacy policy. This is endless. The privacy policy being posted only contains "TEST" in the text.

I can only get out of this loop by disagreeing !!!!!

 

If I go through the menu settings to set the privacy agreement, it appears to accept my acceptance, but then accessing Netflix does exactly the same as above.

 

I am losing the will to live trying to find CUSTOMER SUPPORT to tell me why my TV is broken,

Have you tried doing a factory reset?

Hi

My TV asks me to agree with privacy settings every time I want to use any apps / Netflix . It never works as even when I agree - it goes back to the “OK” page and I have to start again in a loop. Please advise as I cannot access any apps at all now !!!
