Sony Bravia KDL - 32WD756 TV

I have just bought this new TV, don't know what I have inadvertently pressed on the handset but having previously muted the sound volume, am now unable to get any sound. The TV screen says "TV volume is fixed". Can someone help me please, as I have no idea how to get the sound levels back.

Hi @pedro1948   See if this helps - Press [home], goto Settings > Headphone/Audio Out > Audio Out > Variable.

I am only guessing as it is difficult to know what software is available on a 2016 TV.
