Unable to register my two brand products online

I have tried numerous times to register my new KD55 television and DVD player on-line. It should be a straight forward process but once I get to the question 'did I buy the products on-line' I am unable to progress further. Any suggestions as to what I should do now, but I don't think this is a very good start !

Did you find and select your product from the drop down list. Note the “-“ is important e.g. KD-55xxxx.
