Brightness controls do not currently work in Vista. This is because Sony have not yet released an nVidia graphics driver for vista. There are vista graphics drivers out there (www.laptopvideo2go.com), but these drivers do not have the information in them to control the brightness of a sony laptop screen. Sony has to provide this information and repackage the drivers for us.
