Hello,
I was looking to get a MP3 player to press and play with buttons while commuting in a bus. With cassette walkmans you could play with pause and rew/fwd buttons and with md walkman you had jogwheel and various physical buttons. After that there is now only NW-E394 with few buttons and more expensive models have surprise surprise a touch screen..
I want older people model, same as telephone manifacturers Make phones with old or qwerty keyboards. The memory can be internal or a sd card but it has to have physical buttons and different functions like edit, split, combine maybe change tempo/BPM to include audio editing and DJ type functions. That's what I would like.
Please make something like that. The tourscreen culture is not my thing.
There was pitch control in early cassette walkman: https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/sony_stereo_cassette_corder_tcs_450.html
- similar function to change pitch and BPM would Be welcome
A way to edit tracks jog dial was great: https://www.minidisc.org/part_Sony_MZ-NH900.html
- similar function to new walkmans
Come On Sony, please develop a retro looking and added functions (DJ use) walkman!
