It may prove difficult to find a replacement power button for your Tablet unless someone is selling one for spare parts on Ebay or similar..
You could try contacting Sony support, or one of there authorised repair partners, as they 'may' sell you part direct but I suspect they will probably just say that you'll need to arrange a repair..
