if you want to find your nearest Costa coffee bar tha tapp works.
If you want to use maps app to navigate somewhere that works - but you probably want a passenger to help you on that.
If you want to connect it to you car sound system then an internet search may unearth a headphone socket to car stereo connector
If you want it to display something onto your car dashboard LCDscreen then probably not.
