The Xperia Keyboard with Cover should not be folded back on itself when using the tablet to watch movies. The cover is designed so you can place the Xperia on your lap while watching, and have the cover act as the rest so viewing is great, and you don't get sore arms by having to hold the tablet up during the whole movie.
