Hi,

3 week old XPERIA Tablet SGPT12GB - after last update either the screen locks up and shuts down or shuts down after booting up.

Pattern is the same with or without SD card - oh and I've got no 3rd parth power management options installed.

Any clues before I sort out a refund?

I have been told by telephone support that my issues have been escalated to Head Office.

The support team was told that, but they never called me to inform me. I had to call them.

I have had no further communication from them.....
