Z2 USB Connection not detected after warranty repair

My Z2 was working well but was cutting out periodically, I returned the unit to Telstra for repair whxich to all intents and purposes was succesful.  I never had occasion to use the USB  for some months and when I did it would not recognise it.  There are no on-screen messages and I have no idea where to start.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Does it get detected when you connect to the computer? Did they open the device while in repair?

I suggest that you take your device back to the repair center for repair again. This time when you check out your device after repair please check all the functions and common features you use to avoid another trip
