black screen with red led when charged

i have problem with my sony experience performance . when i charging it will display sony caption but only for 0.5 second then it will turn off again with red led blinking once every 5 second i think. after few minute the led going off again. but if i plug out and plug in the charger. this procces always repeat. any solution?

If so I wouldn't mind.

Maybe the user guide can give you some information.

What if you use someone else's charger?
