Cannot connect Bluetooth accessory

Hi, tried to connect a wireless headset by Bluetooth with no success. Worked Ok with Sony Xperia lti 26, but not with Xperia X. Any ideas? thanks a lot

Welcome to the community!

This headset that you are using, does it require to be reset prior to being connected to another device? If so, have you tried resetting your headset?

Have you made sure that your headset is in pairing mode? Are you receiving any error messages in your phone?

I would also recommend that you try connecting your Xperia X to another Bluetooth accessory, are you experiencing the same error then as well?
